Trails in the City of Nampa
We invite you to experience and enjoy the City of Nampa’s growing trail system. The City
offers miles of existing trails and has developed a master trail map that plans for more trails
on the Nampa Trail System. Trail users should be aware that some of our trails have
undeveloped areas. See the map for details.

Boise River Trail Route - Canyon County Section -Nyssa to Ada County (draft)
This scenic, mostly level route, is being drafted and supported by the Boise River Trail
coalition and the Canyon County Parks and Recreation office.  It is the first phase of what is
hoped will someday be an off road trail on the river.  For now it is a street route which follows
the river.  Check it out.

Treasure Valley Cycling Alliance

are a weekend cruiser or a daily commuter -they are working to enhance everyone's cycling

National
Complete Streets Coalition
Complete Streets are designed and operated to enable safe access for all users. The
National Complete Streets Coalition seeks to fundamentally transform the look, feel, and
function of the roads and streets in our community, by changing the way most roads are
planned, designed, and constructed. Complete street policies direct transportation planners
and engineers to consistently design with all users in mind, in line with the elements of
Complete Streets policies.
